About Us

P&S HARDHAT

Pass&Stow LLC is a product from ePortation Inc. founded in 2002. We build data logistics  software streamlining operational data flow through dynamic environments.

From day one, our focus has been on the people in the field—not just the code. Our principle is clear: “If it doesn’t work at 2 a.m. in the pouring rain, it doesn’t work at all.”

Unlike most seaport  Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) that begin with accounting and push down to operations, we built ours from the ground up—starting with the dock, where accuracy and efficiency matter most.

Our small, dedicated team, blends deep shipping expertise with agile technology design.

We work hand-in-hand with labor and supervisors to meet operational needs while respecting the established processes of global shipping.

Consultancy

Data Logistics

Data logistics is the discipline of collecting, validating, storing, moving, and delivering data across systems and stakeholders. It treats data as an operational asset—ensuring the right data, in the right format, reaches the right place at the right time.

It covers integration, quality, timeliness, and security as data flows through an organization’s digital supply chain.

Key Aspects:

  • Acquisition – capture from diverse sources (IoT, sensors, transactions, users).

  • Transformation & Validation – clean, normalize, and ensure accuracy.

  • Transport & Routing – move data securely (APIs, ETL, streams).

  • Storage & Accessibility – organize for retrieval and use.

  • Governance & Compliance – control access, ensure privacy, meet regulations.

Process Flow Analysis

Process flow analysis examines how tasks, decisions, and resources move through a business process to uncover inefficiencies, redundancies, or risks.

It maps activities, evaluates inputs and outputs, and measures performance to drive improvement.

Key Aspects:

  • Mapping – visualize processes (flowcharts, BPMN, swimlanes).

  • Measurement – track cycle time, throughput, error rates, costs.

  • Bottlenecks – identify delays, rework, or choke points.

  • Optimization – streamline, automate, or reallocate resources.

  • Monitoring – track KPIs to sustain improvements.

✅ Together: Data logistics ensures information flows correctly. Process flow analysis ensures business operations flow efficiently.
